MODEL DX-1000c EXTENDED WARRANTY

The DX-1000c, DiagnostX Over-the-Air Waveform Analyzer, Extended Warranty must be purchased concurrent with the purchase of the unit or before the expiration of the initial one year warranty. The Extended Warranty is only available in the market and to the radio service provider to whom it was sold.

Under the terms of the Extended Warranty, Locus Diagnostics, LLC will repair or replace the unit at our determination and after examination. Additionally, the Extended Warranty entitles the radio service provider to software upgrades as well as calibration of the unit at the end of year three and every three years thereafter, if warranty coverage is current.

The DX1000c IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY IF IT IS DAMAGED BY ACTS OF GOD, POWER SURGE, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, WEAR AND TEAR, MISHANDLING, MISAPPLICATION, INTRUSION OR EXPOSURE TO LIQUIDS OR OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.

To Get Warranty Service:

To obtain service under this warranty, you must first contact Locus Diagnostics, LLC customer service at Email: support@locususa.com or (321) 727-3077 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will then need to return the product to Locus Diagnostics, LLC. During the Warranty period, any postage, insurance or shipping costs incurred in sending the product to Locus Diagnostics, LLC for service are our responsibility. Locus Diagnostics, LLC will also incur the costs of sending the product back to the customer.
