Software and Hardware Maintenance
SafePoint™ offers Hardware and Software Maintenance following the warranty period.
Hardware Maintenance:
- Covers all hardware failures (does not include "acts of God")
- Includes parts replacement or entire unit replacement
Software Maintenance:
- Covers all software upgrades, bug fixes and software support
- Includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of any and all problems
Both Software and Hardware maintenance can be purchased in multiple year increments with greater discounts.
