MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

DX SERIES

The DX Series DiagnostX Over-the-Air Waveform Analyzer Manufacturer’s Warranty is valid for one year after the date of purchase of the system. The Warranty covers any hardware, software or firmware defects that arise during the warranty period. Additionally, the Warranty entitles the customer to software updates released during the warranty term. Under the terms of the Warranty, LocusUSA will repair or replace the hardware after examination at our determination. The Extended Warranty is only available in the market and to the customer to whom it was sold. The DX Series is not covered by warranty if it is damaged by acts of god, power surge, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, intrusion or exposure to liquids or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

SX SERIES

The SX Series DiagnostX Over-the-Air Waveform Analyzer Manufacturer’s Warranty covers any hardware defects for the first two annual license terms. The Warranty covers any software or firmware defects that arise for up to five annual license terms. Additionally, the Warranty entitles the customer to software updates released during the five annual license terms, as well as telephone and email support. Under the terms of the Warranty, LocusUSA will repair or replace the hardware after examination at our determination. The Extended Warranty is only available in the market and to the customer to whom it was sold. The SX Series is not covered by warranty if it is damaged by acts of god, power surge, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, intrusion or exposure to liquids or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

DX SERIES

The DX Series DiagnostX Over-the-Air Waveform Analyzer Extended Warranty must be purchased concurrent with the purchase of the system or before the expiration of the initial one year warranty. The Extended Warranty is only available in the market and to the radio service provider to whom it was sold. Extended Warranty coverage is available for up to five years from date of purchase of the DiagnostX system.

Under the terms of the Extended Warranty, LocusUSA will repair or replace the hardware at our determination and after examination. Additionally, the Extended Warranty entitles the radio service provider to software updates as well as calibration of the unit at the end of year three, if warranty coverage is current.

The DiagnostX system is not covered by warranty if it is damaged by acts of God, power surge, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, intrusion or exposure to liquids or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

SX SERIES

The SX Series DiagnostX Over-the-Air Waveform Analyzer Extended Warranty must be purchased concurrent with the purchase of the system or before the expiration of the initial two year warranty (initial two year license period). The Extended Warranty is only available in the market and to the radio service provider to whom it was sold. Extended Warranty coverage is available for up to five years from initial date of purchase of the DiagnostX system license.

Under the terms of the Extended Warranty, LocusUSA will repair or replace the hardware at our determination and after examination. Additionally, the Extended Warranty entitles the radio service provider to a calibration of the unit at the end of year three, if warranty coverage is current.

The DiagnostX system is not covered by warranty if it is damaged by acts of God, power surge, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, intrusion or exposure to liquids or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE:

To obtain service under this warranty, you must first contact LocusUSA customer service at support@locususa.com or 321-727-3077 to receive a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will then need to return the product to us. During the Warranty period, any postage, insurance or shipping costs incurred in sending the product to LocusUSA for service are our responsibility. We will also incur the costs of sending the product back to the customer.
