LocusUSA Introduces New Case Study on Proactive Maintenance for Cobb County’s Two-Way Radios

Cobb County’s Department of Public Safety explores an innovative way to determine if their radios are functioning properly while in use in the field.

WEST MELBOURNE, Fla. – LocusUSA, a leader in radio frequency (RF) capture for radio analysis and location, has announced the release of a new case study, “Cobb County Embraces DiagnostX as a Proactive Maintenance Tool for Two-Way Radios” featuring one of its current users.

The case study describes how DiagnostX technology from LocusUSA has enabled Cobb County’s Department of Public Safety to simplify their radio maintenance process and reduce annual costs.

“Our department would spend a great deal of time chasing down specific issues with the radio system that were not valid. DiagnostX revealed the problem was not with the system but with individual radios,” said Tracy Roberts, former radio system manager, Cobb County Department of Public Safety. “Right there, that’s when I saw the most value in this worthy product.”
